What you will receive

• 30 minute pre-coaching consult to discuss your goals and determine whether we would be a good fit

• 6 sessions up to 1 hour, conducted via Zoom or Phone over the course of 3 months.  To be scheduled before coaching commences.

 

Coaching is provided in exchange for:

• a written positive testimonial to be used in my marketing with optional headshot within one week of completion of coaching series

• Sharing your positive experience with people you know

 

Good for you if…

• You identify as a woman

• You are not currently working with another coach or a therapist/counselor
